The Windsor property had deteriorated significantly under Andrew’s stewardship. The manor’s poor condition was well documented, with visible fractures and fungal growth marring the external walls of the £30million estate.
Royal insiders acknowledged the residence required substantial remedial work. The scope of necessary repairs was expected to influence any financial settlement Andrew might receive upon departure.

Mr Mapelli Mozzi has maintained a strictly professional presence since August, focusing exclusively on Banda Property’s portfolio through social media channels.
